LRT CITY.COM - PT Mega Graha Cipta Perkasa (MGCP) which is a subsidiary of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) started the acceleration step by holding a ceremony to start the construction (groundbreaking) of the Grand Central Bogor vertical residential area.
Located in the center of Bogor City, West Java, the groundbreaking ceremony carries the title HISTORIC related to the project location which is a historical area in this country. The ceremony was attended by ADCP President Director Riskan Firman, MGCP Director Ibnu Mahmud Junaidi, and all ADCP board of directors.
This groundbreaking activity was carried out as a form of ADCP's commitment and seriousness to realize one of the highest landmarks and buildings in the center of Bogor City and become the only vertical residential development with the concept of mixed use or mixed spatial layout based on the concept of Transit-oriented Development (TOD).
This area will have easy direct access to Bogor Station, JR Connexion Bus Stop (Damri) and Biskita Stop. Grand Central Bogor also has easy accessibility to the main points of Bogor City such as Bogor Palace, Bogor Botanical Gardens, schools, hospitals, and commercial corridors on Jalan Pajajaran and Jalan Juanda.
