BTN Exclusive Cooperation of Working Capital Credit lrt city project

LRT CITY.COM - PT Adhi Commuter Properti collaborated with PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk to develop LRT City projects in the form of construction working capital credit (KMK) funding. The funds will be used to finance the development of the LRT City Bekasi-Green Avenue area.

Director of Finance risk management &hr Adhi Commuter Properti Mochamad Yusuf said, the cooperation has advantages in the easy credit process as well as light credit requirements.

"With the creation of this cooperation agreement, hopefully all progress of development progress is not hampered by any constraints and the faster the process of accepting to all consumers," said Mochamad, Friday (23/4).

Head of Corporate Syndication &Transaction Banking Division of BTN Sindhu Rahadian Ardita added, in the midst of the pandemic situation, BTN is more selective in providing financing. "BTN continues to give its trust by doing this cooperation exclusively for LRT City," he said.

Adhi Commuter Properti is boosting the LRT City project. The company has also recently introduced its new tagline, "Connecting Life". The new tagline was introduced to build LRT City brand awareness as a connected residence, both in mobility and also contribute in connecting the lives of its residents.

Marketing Director of Adhi Commuter Properti Indra Syahruzza previously said, the essence of "Connecting Life" is in the word 'connect'.  "The problem that is commonly faced by residents of an apartment is the social limitations between residents and the difficulty of access to various facilities, so that residents can not build connections," he said, Thursday (22/4).

According to him, these social limitations are caused by the difficulty of commercial access, so residents can not build connections.
