President Director of ADCP, Rizkan Firman revealed, LRT City Jatibening is the most sold. According to him, this is because there are 2 towers of flats that have been completed, so that people are more confident to buy them.
“Of the 12 projects owned, LRT CITY Jatibening is currently the most popular with the public. This is because 2 towers have been completed and most of them have been handed over well to consumers, so that consumer purchasing decisions can be easier because the units have been seen in reality,” he told detikcom, written Friday (8/9/2023).
On the other hand, he said that the lowest LRT City project in terms of sales was LRT City Tebet. This is because the units offered are indeed very limited to only 390 units.
